After attending the training session today I learned some very useful tips on how to retain the information for longer in which we learn. Some very useful tips in this course I would recommend it to anyone.

The session on "you and your memory" this evening gave me an eye opener to some of the different ways I could improve on my retentive memory. This has been a problem to me especially when the theoretical aspect of the course is not going hand in hand with the practical aspect. I shall use some of the techniques mensioned this evening such as the revision card, mind mapping and reading aloud techniques which I never tried.
