100% OF MY LAST ASSIGNMENT WITHOUT WORKING. I AM soooo HAPPPPPPYYY :) gOOD LUCK TO ME AND ALL OTHER STUDENT With not having my own PC at home, I'm having to rely on the public ones at my local library in order to do my course. I am currently working on TMA 16 of the A+ section, I feel as though I've made good progress given my circumstances and all being well I will be doing my first big exam next month hopefully. I have set up small home wireless network between my computer - desktop PC, Windows XP Professional, and my friend's laptop - PC Windows XP Media Center Edition. My desktop PC operate with wireless Belkin USB adapter (I have no wireless PCI card). My friends laptop has built in wireless card. I set up connection Ad-Hoc with sharing folders between our computers. Additionaly I share my internet connection with my friend, so she can get internet acces on her laptop by my PC. I don't really know how does it work, but it works. The biggest problem to me was to configure windows firewall. I really hope, that I get enough knowledge during my courses to understand how does it really work and why still hard reset is requested when installing some drivers (wireless belkin USB adapter). Soft reset doesn't work at all. Since my old Atari ST there are still drivers, programs reset resistant. I started CCNA foundation - Netmaster Part a in December 2005; At that time I completed only the first marked assigment and I gave up for more than a Year. Then at 45, and with a first degree in Mathematics and Statistics but without any knowledge at all in Computing, I felt I was being left behind in this Computer era. I therefore took a courageous decision to do a degree course in Computing to become abreast with the times. Accordingly, in September 2004, I enrolled at the Peterborough Regional College to do a three-year degree course in Computing and Information Systems. I probably need to be a student for a while to get this, well I just started my ccna I have previously done a course on management of information systems. I got married in kenya just in December 2006 my wife is a full time student at leicester college hence she doesnt work thats why I have been force to take a home learning course so that I can continue with my work where I work as a support worker supporting three residents with learning disability, I do shift work so I try and do my work before or after work so far am doing well at it and managing though its tight on time as my wife doesnt work. I am getting on well with the course material provided and doing well with my TMA'S with the last one having scored 100percent. am giving it my best with the course and hope that I will sucessfully complete it. I AM WORKING FULL TIME IN A SUPER MARKET ITS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO DO BOTH THINGS IN ONE TIME BUT I AM TRYING VERY HARD TO DO SO I HAVE SUBMITTED 7 ASSIGNMENTS OUT OF 8 FROM MY COURSE I CONSIDOR MY SELF TO BE STUDENT OF THE MONTH IN ADDITION TO ABOVE STATMENT WHICH I PUT I WANT TO SAY THAT IGOT A FAMILY TO LOOK AFTER AS WELL Recently made homeless due to cotract on house running out and having to find a new career, I have not only managed to get a job within the I.T industry but have managed to keep up with my studies I work full time and also work on weekends to finance my skillstrain course. There is very little time in the evening I get to study and finish my assignments. I had to submit my assignments twice earlier and I decided that I will pass my assignments in the first time itself and after that I have not submit any assignment second time again. Then I set the target of submitting the assignment the same day when I would receive the result of the previous assignment and I am delighted to say that I have been able to do that. I have managed to achieve 100% a couple times as well. I really need a computer to help me study for the Cisco certification at home for which I currently go to the University IT lab, the reason why I am participating in this competition. I wish if this competition changes my life. I WAS PLEASED TO ACHIVE VERY GOOD MARK'S FOR MY TMA-1 TUTOR MARK ASSIGNMENT. AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE DOING SO ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE COURSE. I HAVE LEARNED SOME MUCH WITHIN A MONTH, I WAS WAY BEHIND WITHIN MY COURSE NOW I HAVE SPEEDED UP AND UNDERSTAND MY COURSE. I HAVE JUST FINISHED MY 2ND RED BINDER CONTAINING WORK, IAM LOOKING FORWARD TO GET MY NEXT SET OF WORK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO I CAN GET ON WITH IT REALLY QWICK BECAUSE IAM REALLY ENJOYING MY COURSE NOW. TMA1 achieved 98% ; TMA2 achieved 90% both exceptional result, am quiet aware this is just the begining of the course and alots of hard work yet still to come, hopefully the studies will get even easier in the future . In three months I was able submit 10 TMA assignments and I just resbmit two of the work. In all my work I did not less than 88% with three 100% of TMA
